A new lifestyle. I want a healthier lifestyle. I TRY eating as healthy as I possibly can but sometimes I slack off. I just finished watching a very inspirational video about fitness and a healthy lifestyle and I’m even more motivated. Now that track season is almost coming to an end, I promise myself to go running at LEAST two times a week and do push ups/curl ups/ect. My parents recently quit their job so I don’t have an excuse to eat past 9 PM anymore. During my Freshmen year I weighed about 9-10 pounds less than my current weight. I’ve grown more muscle due to track and a bit in height (5’4), but I’m not satisfied with it. I’m solely doing this for myself, and I’ve realized I’m MUCH happier 10 pounds less. So yeah, here I am. Trying to become more healthy. I’m never going to starve myself…cause if you know me, you’ll know how much I love food. It’s all about keeping a balance and creating portions that aren’t too much for you. So, let’s do this!
